New Premier Technical Support Launched.

 

From the 1st September 2009 we are revising the technical support service we offer customers.

“Premier Support” technical support is a new technical support service which will incorporate the following:-

  • High priority telephone and remote Citrix Go To Assist support.
  • Telephone or remote help with software installation on new PC’s.
  • Help with installation of software updates by telephone or remotely.
  • Diagnosis of hardware faults remotely saving time and downtime.

The Premier Support package is included as standard for two years when a customer purchases a product(s) using software.
