the technical support service we offer customers.
“Premier Support”
technical support is a new technical
support service which will incorporate the
following:-

High
priority telephone and remote Citrix Go To
Assist support.

Telephone
or remote help with software installation on
new PC’s.
-
Help with
installation of software updates by
telephone or remotely.
-
Diagnosis
of hardware faults remotely saving time and
downtime.
The
Premier Support package is included as standard
for two years when a customer purchases a
product(s) using software.
