The PowerLab data acquisition
system from AD Instruments is the preferred

world. PowerLab provides the functionality of a
chart recorder, XY plotter and storage
oscilloscope, with the ease of use and
advantages of computer based data acquisition,
display and analysis.
PowerLab data acquisition units are smart
peripheral devices that perform data
acquisition, signal conditioning, and
pre-processing.
- External signals are acquired through
analog inputs and amplified before being
digitized
- The signal is multiplexed to an
analog-digital converter
- The digitized signal is transmitted to
the computer using USB connection
- Software receives, displays, analyzes
and records the data and analysis to the
computer's hard disk

Series – For Research
All PowerLab data acquisition systems are
supplied with LabChart and Scope software, USB
2.0 and fast processor for real-time data
acquisition without data loss. Variable sampling
and online computation speeds of up to 200 000
s/s per channel (400 000 s/s aggregate across
all channels) and possible and high pass, low
pass anti aliasing filters improve signal
quality.Mac or Windows versions of Labchart are
available.
The optional
Labchart ProLabChart 7 Pro
provides researchers with more acquisition and
analysis power at a great price. It comprises
LabChart software, and LabChart Modules which
include blood pressure, ECG and HRV analysis and
5 years of FREE upgrades. You can also obtain
any new LabChart Modules released during the 5
year period at no extra cost. All software is
conveniently available for download.
