Meditech ABPM-05 £1756.63 Inc VAT.  

The ABPM-05 builds on the reliability and accuracy of the ABPM-04 but features a larger LCD screen for enhanced readability. It's lightweight  design and quiet operation offers maximum patient comfort and reliability. 

It uses 2 AA rechargeable batteries (supplied) and can take measurements up to a period of 48 hours. The device can store more than 600 readings in its solid-state memory for an unlimited length of time.

Extra measurements can be triggered, and events can be marked manually. The device can be adjusted to the patient’s lifestyle with a push of the day/night button. It provides a voltage display function to ensure that the batteries are properly charged for the monitoring period. It is connected to a PC by its USB optical interface cable.

Programming and downloading data is done via a PC using Bluetooth™ technology. Like the ABPM-05 the BlueBP-05 is equipped with a day/night button to toggle between active and passive modes and runs on 2 rechargeable AA batteries supplied.

Meditech ABPM-04 £1410 Inc VAT.  

The ABPM-04 is a silent, compact and lightweight, programmable ambulatory blood pressure monitor. It Uses 4 AA rechargeable batteries (supplied) and can perform up to 300 measurements. The device can store more than 600 readings in its solid-state memory.

It incorporates the accurate, BHS and AAMI validated, proprietary Meditech  oscillometric blood pressure measurement algorithm to achieve reliable BP readings with short mean measurement times. The patient can trigger extra measurements and mark any events and set a special day/night marker using buttons on the device. 

The ABPM-04 is supplied with full instructions an adult and large adult cuff, Cardiovisions software, fibre optic cable, carry pouch, accessories and two sets of rechargeable batteries with charger.

It provides a voltage display function to ensure that the batteries are properly charged for the monitoring period. It can be connected to practically any standard PC with its serial optical interface cable. A USB serial adaptor is also available. The user-friendly Cardiovisions software provides flexible programming as well as comprehensive analysis, presentation and reporting functions. 

Cardiovisions allows the user to attach patient recordings as compatible Word documents or in native Cardiovisons format to common third party clinical management systems like EMIS, Torex and Vision if the free viewer is installed.
