The A&D Medical TM-2441 abpm is the culmination of 40 years' experience in developing and manufacturing precision medical measurement equipment. With it's all in one design concept it offers the clinician and patient complete flexibility, providing Ambulatory (ABPM), Home (HBPM), Office (OBP), Automatic Night Blood Pressure (ANBP), and Automatic Self Blood Pressure (ASBP) measurement/monitoring in one device.
It comes as standard with a host of new features including IHB (Irregular Heart Beat) when in Office Mode and Circadian Rhythm analysis technology. This ground breaking technology pioneered by A&D in 2001 is now used worldwide assisting in the opportunistic detection of arrhythmias - which include AFib (or Atrial Fibrillation). By recording environmental factors including Activity using a built in Accelerometer, Temperature and Air Pressure, the new TM-2441 provides additional more inciteful view of the patient beyond just blood pressure recording and heart rate information - helping build a better picture for clinical decision making.
With dual OLED and LCD displays the TM-2441 features USB communication and at just 135g is lighter than the model it replaces. The latest A&D Analysis software is compatible with the earlier generation TM-2430 ABPM is easy to use and reports can be exported as PDF files to clinical management systems. Detailed pulse waveform analysis of each measurement is recorded and can be viewed for additional quality checking.
