Hokanson no longer supplies cuffs or instruments with Luer connectors. To ensure long-term compatibility and avoid equipment mismatches, Hokanson strongly recommends that all existing cuffs and related devices be permanently converted to the new Bayonet connector system.

The Hokanson Conversion Kit (PMS Part Number: HOK188) is designed for the permanent conversion of cuffs currently using female Luer connectors to male Bayonet connectors. This kit supports a wide range of Hokanson cuffs, including UDC, UPC, SC10, SC12, TMC7, and SC5 models.Cuffs equipped with D rapid-version hoses (such as SC12D, SC12LD, etc.) and CC cuffs do not require conversion.
